Waffles Wednesday Wish Presents Today´s Recipe
Baked sweet Potato Wedges
Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:
·         ½ cup, plus 2 tablespoons butter
·         1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
·         4 Sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut lengthwise into wedges
·         2 teaspoons salt
·         2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Method:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the cinnamon. Add the potato wedges to the butter and toss to combine. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper.

Spread the potatoes in a baking sheet. Roast the potatoes, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven to a serving dish and enjoy.
