History of a zucchini

The zucchini is a summer squash, which is a meter in length, is color dark or light green. It is a vegetable, it is usually cooked and presented as a savory dish, but it’s also a fruit, being the swollen ovary of the zucchini flower. It originates from Italy; it has ancestry in the Americas. Is low in calories and contains foliate, potassium, and vitamin A. Is cultivate in temperate climates. They cooked it differently for example, in Mexico, is often cooked in soups or used as a filling for quesadillas, and in France it’s a key ingredient in ratatouille. In Bulgaria, zucchini are fried and then served with a dip, made from yogurt, garlic and dill. The zucchini is and expensive delicacy in markets because of the difficulty in storing and transporting them.
